As a conservative opinion writer, I find ABC News’ recent admission to not verifying Hunter Biden’s laptop both disappointing and unsurprising.
The mainstream media’s reluctance to scrutinize the Biden family has been evident from the start, and this is just another instance of their biased reporting.
While multiple other media organizations have verified the laptop’s contents, ABC News has chosen to ignore it, potentially to shield the Biden family from any negative fallout.
This type of selective coverage is harmful to our democracy and undermines the credibility of the media.
Republicans must continue to hold the media accountable for their actions and demand unbiased, transparent reporting on all matters of national importance.
