New Trump Poll Numbers And Why The Media Is Scratching Their Head

The Emerson College poll has revealed some interesting insights into potential match-ups for the 2024 Presidential election.

The poll indicates that Donald Trump remains a popular choice among Republican voters, with a consistent 55% of the vote in the 2024 Republican Primary.

However, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has experienced a decline in support, dropping from 29% to 25% in the past month.

Former Vice President Mike Pence and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley have both seen an increase in support, each gaining two percentage points since the previous month.

In a hypothetical 2024 Presidential match-up, President Biden trails former President Trump 42% to 46%, with 7% supporting someone else, and 5% undecided.

Against Governor DeSantis, Biden leads 44% to 40%, with 9% supporting someone else and 8% undecided.

Similarly, against Nikki Haley, the President leads 40% to 37%, with 12% supporting someone else and 11% undecided.
